- We offer pre-paid shipping labels for all returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on your order
- Products must be returned unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
- Discounted or sale items can be returned for store credit only

Exchanges
You can request an exchange instead of a refund, please email hello@sophiethelabel.com with your order number in the subject line. We will email you with a pre-paid shipping label to exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be issued. Please note that returns can take up to 2-3 business days to be processed.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- All returns are subject to a 10% return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
Full Return Policy
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Return labels for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
