ORDERS

Can i make a change to my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been fulfilled. Prior to checking out, please ensure all items and personal details are correct. In case the order has yet to be fulfilled, please email hello@sophiethelabel.com with your order number in the subject line.

Can I cancel my order?

To avoid disappointment, please know that we may not always be able to cancel orders. 

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you believe your order has not been fulfilled yet please contact hello@sophiethelabel.com with your order number in the subject line.

Where can I find my order number?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched by our amazing team, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

When will you restock?

We are not currently restocking any of our pieces. We're focusing on creating sell out, small batch, timeless pieces that are exclusive.

will i be charged duties & taxes?

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on all orders. Duties and taxes are included in our prices on your behalf for most countries. This means you should not be liable for any duties or taxes upon delivery.

my order was returned to sender?

Please email hello@sophiethelabel.com with your order number in the subject line, they will be able to help you further on this.

my order says delivered but it cant be found

If your order has been delivered we always recommend checking your surrounding areas such as mailbox, doorstep, mailroom, concierge or neighbour and checking your tracking link to see if your order has been delivered to your local post office or nearest parcel locker.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Express shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order at checkout. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Yes! Please email hello@sophiethelabel.com with your order number and the new sizes/styles you would like.

missing, damaged or faulty items

We're so sorry your order isn’t quite right! This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have and we’d love to get this sorted for you.

If you have received the wrong or faulty item please use our return portal to lodge a return and be sure to select the correct option.

Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a complimentary return label.

DO YOU OFFER MORE MONEY IN STORE CREDIT?

Yes! For any returns, we can offer the option of 120% store credit + no restocking fee. If you'd like store credit instead of a refund, please email hello@sophiethelabel.com with your order number.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Items purchased during a promotional sale, ran for a limited time, such as Black Friday, can be returned.

Items marked and listed as final sale or last chance here are not eligible for return.
