How long does delivery take?

All orders ship via Evri/Hermes

Delivery time for UK & European orders:

Standard - 1 to 4 working days

Express/Tracked - 1 to 2 working days

Delivery time for International orders:

Express/Tracked - 2 to 12 working days

It will show you the expected delivery time at the checkout depending on your selected country.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipping with a tracking number. You can track your order HERE

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order for example, change the shipping address, please email us at: hello@sophiethelabel.com as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make the changes you would like. All orders are usually packaged within the day and your order may have already been fulfilled.

Can I change the currency on the website?

Yes. Please go to the top of our website.

If you're on a mobile click the top right menu, at the bottom of the menu under 'CONTACT' it will show the current currency. Click on the currency to change it.

If you're on a laptop or desktop go to the top right hand corner where the currency is shown. Click on the currency to change it.

I think my parcel is lost or stolen?

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen.

Please check your property or with your neighbours to help locate the package.

If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact Evri to file a claim.

Please contact us at: hello@sophiethelabel.com with your claim number and we can work together on a resolution.

We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claim as usually the packages do deliver during that time.

How can I return my order?

We accept returns of orders within 21 days of the date the order was recieved for store credit, unless damaged or faulty where a refund will be offered. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

To return your item(s), please email: hello@sophiethelabel.com and we will provide you with an address to send your item(s) to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.

For all returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

How can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange for a different size, style or colour, please send us an email at: hello@sophiethelabel.com

We will provide you with an address to send the exchanged item(s) to. Once your item(s) have arrived at our warehouse we will notify you.

You will be responsible for the shipping of your exchanged item(s).

How can I apply a discount or promotional code?

To apply a discount or promo code to your order add the item(s) you want to your cart, then when you reach the payment method page, click ‘Order Summary’ and enter your promo code in the ‘Discount’ field and click apply.
